Rolling Thunder’s Chapter 5-NC hosts a special ceremony at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial and Lejeune Memorial Gardens in Jacksonville to honor and remember American POW’s around the world. The ‘Missing Man Table Ceremony” is included in this event. Veterans and the general public are welcome to attend.
