NCOA Down East Chapter #906 Chapter Chairman Julianne Froncek received an Award of Excellence from NCOA 34th Grand Knight Paul Siverson. The award was presented for her outstanding contribution in support of the aims and goals of NCOA. Julianne currently serves as the Chapter Chairman and was the 2022 Chairperson for the Jacksonville, North Carolina Veterans Day Parade hosted by NCOA Down East Chapter #906. The letter congratulated Down East Chapter 906 as the 2018 Regional Large Chapter of the Year for the Southeastern Region.
